UPrint Global offers the following limited warranties:
- PRO860WT Printer: 5-year warranty (register within 30 days of purchase)
Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace defective parts or equipment. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, natural disasters, fire, or damage caused by non-genuine consumables, software or parts.
3. Consumables & Compatibility
The UPrint printer is an open white toner system. You are free to run third-party white toner transfer media through it, heat-fused outside the printer, alongside our patented chemical transfer consumables.
The warranty on the machine remains valid provided that:
- Genuine UPrint Global toners and drums are used in the printer itself.
- Any fault is not caused by misuse of a third-party consumable.
- Proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims.
We recommend genuine UPrint papers and chemicals for the best results and the full benefit of our training and Atlas AI support, but using other transfer media does not, by itself, void the hardware warranty.
4. Training & Support
Every printer purchase includes 2 to 3 days of training (online or in person), covering setup, calibration and operation. Ongoing support includes:
- WhatsApp support
- AnyDesk remote support
- Telegram bot & community groups
Atlas AI support and our community groups are included with every UPrint system.
