Which credit cards do you accept?+
We use the YOCO card machine which accepts VISA and Mastercard. We can also provide a secure online payment link through YOCO for online payments.
What courier do you use for deliveries?+
For local South African deliveries we use Courier Guy, SWE and Courier It. For international we use FedEx, DHL or any other available service for your country.
How long will my package take to arrive?+
Local SA orders take 1 to 3 days. International orders take 4 to 10 working days depending on country and customs.
Is there backup support if I buy my machine outside South Africa?+
Yes, comprehensive online support via WhatsApp, Telegram, email and the Atlas AI bot 24/7, plus training videos and live video chat. The system is designed for easy maintenance, most parts and repairs can be managed by you with a few screws and cables. No wet inks means no risk of the system drying out while waiting for parts.
