My white is coming out grey on a black mug, what’s wrong?
Grey white usually means too little white underbase. Open the RIP, raise the white channel to 100%, and make sure you’re on Pro White toner, not a CMYK conversion. Re-print and the white should sit solid and bright.
How long do I bake the Diamond Clear on ceramic?
15 minutes at 180°C for ceramics. For glass, give it 20 minutes. Let it cool fully before the wash test, once cured it’s dishwasher-safe for life.
