A dip station we designed and 3D-printed in-house, shaped around the mug so the Diamond Dip method uses far less chemical than spraying, and far less than a standard square tub.
Why we designed it
Every drop of chemical, working.
The Diamond Dip method gives the best-looking, scratch-resistant, dishwasher-safe top coat. The station is the part that makes it clean, repeatable and economical. We modelled it in 3D and printed it ourselves, shaped to the mug rather than a generic box.
Spraying loses chemical to overspray, mist and fumes. Dipping puts it exactly where it needs to be, so you use far less and breathe a lot less.
A standard square Tupperware wastes chemical filling the corners and the gap around the mug. Our station is shaped to the mug, so the dip holds only what it needs.
No off-the-shelf compromise. We designed the profile, the base and the depth around real mugs, and print them ourselves.
