1. Introduction
Welcome to Uprint Global. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services, including the purchase of Uprint Global printers, consumables, and related items. By using our website or purchasing any Uprint Global product, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Uprint Global reserves the right to amend or update these Terms from time to time. Any modifications will take effect upon publication on our website.

2. Warranty Policy
Uprint Global offers the following limited warranties, subject to the conditions outlined below:

  • PRO860WT Printer: 5-year warranty (register within 30 days of purchase)
  • U600 Printer: 1-year warranty (register within 30 days of purchase)

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service. During the warranty period, Uprint Global will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective parts or equipment.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, natural disasters, fire, or damage caused by the use of non-genuine consumables, software, or parts.

3. Consumables & Warranty Void Clause
To maintain warranty validity and optimal performance:

  • Only genuine Uprint Global papers, chemicals, toners, and drums must be used.
  • If consumables are purchased elsewhere, your warranty becomes null and void.
  • Customers using non-Uprint consumables will also be removed from all support groups (WhatsApp and Telegram).
  • Proof of purchase for consumables may be required for warranty claims.

4. Training & Support
Each printer purchase includes 2–3 days of training, available online or in person. Training covers setup, calibration, and operation.

Ongoing support includes:

  • WhatsApp Support
  • AnyDesk Remote Support
  • Telegram Bot & Community Groups

Support is exclusively for clients using genuine Uprint consumables.

5. Purchases & Payments
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR), USD, or GBP. Payment terms are stated on each invoice or quotation.
Ownership transfers only once full payment has cleared. Uprint Global reserves the right to withhold shipment until funds are verified.

6. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final once training has commenced or consumables have been opened.
Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Upon inspection, a repair or replacement may be offered at Uprint Global’s discretion.

7. Data Privacy & Security
Uprint Global respects your privacy. Personal data collected is used solely for warranty, training, and communication purposes.
We do not sell or share your information unlawfully and take all reasonable measures to ensure data security.

8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and materials on Uprint Global’s website and documentation are the property of Uprint Global CC or its licensors.
Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability
Uprint Global’s liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
The company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of its products.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of KwaZulu-Natal.
